TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AAM COMPANION

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the AAM Companion mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Platform Availability

AAM Companion is available exclusively for Android devices. We make no guarantees regarding compatibility with specific Android versions or device models.

3. App Purpose & Real-Time Alerts

AAM Companion is a custom-developed application designed to provide real-time job notifications for a specific third-party platform.

• Foreground Services & WebSockets: To minimize notification delays, the App utilizes Android Foreground Services to maintain a continuous, real-time WebSocket connection to our self-hosted Soketi server.
• Backup Notifications: In the event that your WebSocket connection is lost or unavailable, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) is utilized as a secondary fallback to deliver notifications.

4. Data Collection & Fraud Prevention

Upon opening the App, we collect the phone number(s) associated with the SIM card(s) installed on your device.

• Purpose: This data is collected strictly for internal fraud prevention, system security, and preventing unauthorized account sharing or third-party monetization.
• Prohibited Use: Users are strictly prohibited from re-routing, manually forwarding, or reselling notification data to third-party platforms (e.g., automated WhatsApp groups) for financial gain.
• Third-Party Sharing: Your phone number and SIM data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

5. Account Termination & Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to AAM Companion without prior notice if we detect fraudulent activity, unauthorized commercial redistribution of job alerts, or any violation of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

AAM Companion is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for instant delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime, connection stability, or 100% notification delivery accuracy. We are not liable for any missed job opportunities, device battery drain resulting from foreground services, or network issues.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
